When i open a block on a layer (say sht1) once i has been exploded it is then on layer 0 and i have to change the properties every time. Is there a way of creating a block that once exploded will stay on the layer

Exporting X and Y centre cooridinates of a circle, along side numbers... HELP
Hey guys,
Hope all is well!
We are in need of a hero to help us with a hugely time consuming part of our Autocad Lt lives.
We plot Survey positions using 2m Circles which we then sequentially number and eventually need to copy over the X and Y Centre points from the circles so we can have these in an Excel Document. (Usually the .dwg is OSGB World Coordinated)
Some days we plot out over 1000 surveys which we then number, only using a text and sequentially auto number using Macro we found on here to help.
Once numbered, we need to log the exact X and Y centre point Coordinates in an Excel Spread sheet.
Currently, we are having to copy and paste each X and Y coordinate for each circle over to Excel by hand but I am certain there must be a better way for us to use Blocks, instead of a Circle, to then label sequentially, and then use ATTEXT to export this data into Excel.
I have found this post below that I think might be along the right lines of what we are looking for, however, I am no Autocad Lt genius and neither is my colleague so any help would be muchly appreciated. I am certain there is a way for this to be done in the full Autocad but unfortunately we do not have the luxury.
I have uploaded a very basic example of what we currently use. Obviously, it would usually be on a much larger scale and above a previous drawing from our client.

Auotmate PDF with Specific Layers on and off
Hello Autodesk Community,
I am constantly creating a PDF file of my drawings with specific layers on and off. Then I need to type in the file name of each drawing, which is the same as the CAD file name, and I have a lot of them all the time. Is there a way to automate this process with a macro or something? Basically, I'd like to automatically export files to PDF with specific layers on and the title of the PDF file to be the same as the CAD.

Frame setting doesn't change
I set the frame to 2. But when I print it or open it back up it changes back into frame 3.

Obtain an angle (Cal command)
Hi guys,
Im having trouble obtaining the correct angle. I'd like to use the 'cal' command, and then the ang(apex,p1,p2) as outlined here
I'm using Autocad LT 2018, and was wondering if the various 'ang' commands pertain to a full, or even 3d version of Autocad.
I know the angle Im getting from DIMANGULAR is technically correct, but its not a lot of help for our boys on the tools. Id like to be able to calculate the cut angle required for them to manufacture our product. (Which in this instance is stairs.) Just trying to make like a little easier for them.
Any help is much appreciated.

Geo Importo to AutoCAD LT

Is it possible to geo import do AutoCAD LT?
I haven't been able to find a solution online.
I have some .vlx files for that, but you can't upload those commands to AutoCAD LT as far as I now and tried.
Does anyone knows any solutions?

Hey guys.. quick question about plotting.
I've been using AutoCAD for just over 2 years with no formal training other than a few youtube videos here and there. Today's question is in regard to plotting. When I'm ready to plot my sheets, is there a way to do it all at once, or am I doing it the only way there is...one sheet at a time? Im using AutoCAD LT 2018.

External references not loaded
I am new to my company and am using AutoCAD 2007 on Windows 10. When I open an existing file from the server, the external references have to be loaded manually every time I first open the file. The largest issue is if I open a file and don't load the external reference file and save it, the path is lost for the next person to open it.
How do I get AutoCAD to recognize the established file path automatically?

memory allocation error with windows 7
I see from postings under memory allocation for autocad 2000 with windows 7 that I should go to autocad 2000LT forum. I have both autocad 2000LT and autocad 2016 on my mac but running thru parallels and windows 7. I opened LT 2000 a while ago and inadvertently punched in more than one key. Got memory allocation error and the screen is locked. can the locked screen or even the program be removed? in the meantime I have been using LT2016. Now there is a memory allocation occurring there.

Life of AutoCad LT Software
I have two older version of AutoCAD Lt and both have been working
well until recently in that unexplained things happen like a memory
error when attempting print or an unhandled error when the program
stops altogether. These problems are corrected for a short time by
re-installing the program then sometime later - varies between one
week and one month the problems start again.
Is anyone aware if these programs have doomsday coding built-in
to persuade the user to upgrade.

Autodesk 2014 LT option geometric
Good morning, i writing with the problem,
When we select object. We dont see option geometric. We have three PC with three Autodesk 14 LT. One with them have option geometric. How can we see this option? I added screen shot with probably option disable.
My question how can we enable option?
i looked in autodesk help (option F1) but i didn't saw answer for my question/problem

NC1 Files
Can anyone tell me if it is possible for me to create NC1 files from a DWG file? I am drawing structural beams for a company that has a plasma operated cutting machine that operates with NC1 files. They typically run the machine with NC1 files provided by a vendor that uses Tekla.

I DOWNLOADED TRUEVIEW SO I CAN CONVERT MY DRAWINGS INTO OLDER FORMATS BUT NOW EVERY TIME I OPEN A DRAWING IT AUTOMATICALLY WILL OPEN UNDER TRUEVIEW INSTEAD OF AUTOCAD. HOW CAN I CHANGE THE SETTINGS SO CAD IS MY DEFAULT PROGRAM?

I don't see a "Delete" command in the listing of Express Tools commands.
If I install it with LT14 will I be able to delete "AutoCad Proxy Entities" in a LT14 drawing
that were put there by Express Tools in a drawing someelse sent me?
