Layer manager problem
Hi,
I've encountered problems with layer manager, it doesn't refresh itself when i tried to go to other filters or branch of layers. It somehow stuck to the first filter or branch. I have to close and open the layer manager to refresh itself. I'm using Autocad lt 2018, Does it have any solutions or an updates for this?

Imported archicad drawing is showing wrong scale

I'm having difficulty working on AutoCad LT 2018, because I'll get random messages (either when I'm opening files, or when I'm just working in a file for a couple of minutes) like this:
The numbers usually change, so i can't really find a topic that solves my problem.
I already tried this:

moving objects between layers
I'm having an issue I am using autocad LT 2018. I moved multiple objects to a different layer, most of them moved to the new layer. But one object did not move. when I check the properties of that object, it says that its moved to the new layer but it physically remains on the old layer. I've tried to copy the object to the new layer but still nothing
any help will be greatly appreciated.

AutoCAD LT 2018 snapping problems
Hi, I run AutoCAD LT 2018 and ever since I updated from 2016 LT, I had this issue.
When I start AutoCAD all my snapping point are where they should be. (see first picture)
As soon as I edit a block and come back to my drawing, all the snap basepoints (if I can call them so) are offseted. (see second picture)
I still need to snap them where they should be, but this is annoying.
I have'nt been able to find a solution for this, I hope someone here could help me.

Dimnesions that are all inches without decimals but fractions
Is there anyway to get units to complete in all inches but have fractions trailing and not decimals? Fro example 26.625" I want it to read 26-5/8"
I have only found it to be capable with all inches and decimals trailing.

Question about AutoCAD add ons
Hey Community,
So I've always worked for companies that provided an AutoCAD license for me to use. Now that I'm doing more freelance on my own, I need to get my own copy. I think I can just go with LT since I primarily do 2D drawings for low voltage systems. I haven't used 3D in many many years, but my only concern is loss of AutoLISP. I have some routines that I've been using for years that are real time savers.
One is a routine that I can select text, and specify a find and replace. Seems like that can be done with the "Find" command, but can i create a macro that will skip the dialog box and prompt for the old and new character on just selected text?
Another routine I use will add values to numbers. so for instance if I have (in separate text entities) 1, 2, 3, 4. I could use my routine, add 4 and the original numbers would be 5, 6, 7, 8. It makes changing batches of cable numbers very quick!
Can that be done in Diesel or a Macro?
I also use one that will append a prefix or suffix to text strings.
Can that be done via Macro or Diesel?
I've tried searching a bit and didn't really find answers to I appreciate any help.
If any of these can be done, a point in the right direction where I can figure it out from there would be great! Thanks!

The License manager is not functioning or is improperly installed
The message box error, that I used for the title, is a regular occurrence for me. I'm in a building that doesn't have a fast enough network connection to reinstall Autocad, and since this seems to be the only fix for this, my computer has to be carried to another building to do so.
I have a single seat subscription on a Windows 7 Professional computer that's connected to a company network.
In my C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CLM\LGS folder there's only 1 folder called "057J1_2018.0.0.F" that contains 1 data file called "LGS" that contains the text "_USER".
Is there another more dependable way to license my subscription so this isn't a regular problem for me?

AutoCAD LT 2013 permanent glitch
I have been using the 2013LT version and running 10.9.5. Afraid to update due to all the forum comments. Now, I can not highlight an item and edit it or delete it. I must set the command ERASE, then highlight the item, then it will work. The delete button will not work at all. Anyone have this issue? No shortcuts allowed. I have thought about trailing the 2018 version but I will have to update my system requirements and don't want to lose 2013 if there is a fix.

Hatching Problem
Hello,
I have been working on revisions to a drawing, of which, I modified initial drawings, had to delete the hatches I had added initially to go back and add them in at the end. Unfortunately, only some seem to be working today and everything I tried i.e. regen, redraw, changing gap tolerances etc. is not working. I know it's slow also due to all the components in this file so I've joined items where I can in the hope of speeding it up. Any help would be greatly appreciated please. I have attached the file below. The items I need to add brick, siding and stone hatching to are in the circled portion.

AutoCAD button too sensitive, Closes/Exits suddenly when I go to use "Save As"

AutoCAD button at top of Screen is too sensitive. In my going to save a file using SAVE-AS: When I proceed to single Left Click the AutoCAD button on the top left of the screen, it often suddenly closes/exits AutoCAD. Very annoying. Although the CNTL-shift-S short-cut for "SAVE AS" would be a work-around here, I prefer to use the mouse driven menu.
It seems to happen less often, but still does happen, if I try to, 'slowly', click, the, Small Triangle on the Right half/side of the AutoCAD button.
Is AutoCAD somehow being 'predictive' to not wait for a complete "Left Mouse Click and Release"? Its not even waiting for the 'Release' part of the Left Mouse Single Click.
Any suggestions? [I am using AutoCAD 2017 Student version [version: "N.52.0.0 AutoCAD 2017"]. ]

The installed Autocad version is frequently shuttting down - unexpectedly with the fatal error mentioned above.
The snapshot of the error noticed is attached herewith.
Request to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Treat this as very urgent as this is hampering my work immensely.

wipeout in the xref not being xclipped when using polyline xclip
Hi guys,
I have come across this problem with the wipeout in the xref not being xclipped when using polyline xclip. It is fine when the rectangle xclip is being used. This is causing problems as the wipeouts are covering other parts of the drawing as shown in attached screenshot. Tried every common solution I know and asked round the office but nobody knows.

Annotative Scale problems
I am using annotative text. For architectural scales I have no problem.
But I am unable to find the annotative scale for 1"=20'.
I tried 1:20 but its not correct.
Attached is my scale list.
What am I missing?

Cannot Trim Hatch
Can someone try and explain why I am not able to trim a solid hatch pattern within a simple rectangle. See the screencast below. If I can't get this trimmed, I'll have to redo the hatch pattern which takes an hour.
