Can I work in a PDMS file with AutoCAD LT?
The idea is to draw all the CCTV Columns, Gates and Fences and then export to PDMS.

Grips not aligned
Hello all,
I seem to be having a display issue with my CAD lately.
The grips on objects are misaligned. See attached image.
So the blue blocks (grips?) are not in the corner of the rectangles. If I want to edit, I do need to move the mouse to the actual corner, and NOT to the grip.
This goes for anything, blocks, texts, polylines, etc etc.
Any idea?
I have updated my graphic drivers to the latest version.

Layout does not show what is in the model space
I inserted a picture in the model space and made some analysis on it. When I switched to the layout my analysis is not there, only the picture I inserted is.

pdf files try to open in AutoCAD insted of Adobe
When I scan document into my printer a pdf file is created and sent to my email. The file is created with a pdf file extension and a AutoCAD Lt icon. When I try to open the pdf it tries to open in AutoCAD instead of Adobe. Is there a setting in AutoCAD that prevents this from happening.

Design Center not reaching network location
LT2018.1.1 O.154.0.0
I have block reference files on a network PC, which I access through Design Center-Folders, but I am getting the message 'Microsoft Windows Network is not accessible. The specified server cannot perform the requested operation.' but the network is visible to Windows Explorer.
This is a recent problem - I had normal access last week, is it something to do with the last upgrade?

PROSTAR CNC 6 TO AUTOCAD LT 2018
I SENT A DRAWING FROM AUTOCAD LT 2018 TO PROSTAR CNC 6 AND THEN THE ORIGINAL CAD DRAWING GOT ERASED ACCIDENTALLY. I'M TRYING TO FIGURE OUT IF THERE'S A WAY TO SEND A CADCAM DRAWING BACK TO AUTOCAD SO THE DRAWING DOESN'T HAV EOT REDRAWN. PROSTAR WILL ONLY LET ME SAVE AS A CADCAM DRAWING WHICH I CAN'T OPEN WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAM. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Removing multiple vertex points from Hatch
Trying to modify a drawing with Hatching that has multiple Vertex points such as the attached image.
I want to delete / remove many of the points byu selecting multiple points at a time. I am using AutoCadLT 2018.

How to change the font in text?
Hi.
I don't know what I've done wrong but it used to be that when I double clicked some text a window popped up above the text where I could change the font and txt size etc.
This doesn't appear any more.
Can anybody tell me why?

Geolocation Online Maps Hotfix not working

I had received the notifications to update AutoCAD. After installing the update, the geolocation online maps are not working. Even after downloading the fresh setup and installing it as administator it's not working. Snapshot attached.

Hatch Transparency Affecting Plot Quality
I have a dozen or so small hatches set to about 75% transparency. When I turn off Plot Transparency in Page Setup and print to PDF via the Adobe PDF printer on my machine, the plotted PDF looks great. As soon as I turn on Plot Transparency, the quality degrades to the point where the plotted PDF is unusable. I have tried multiple different files and all experience quality degradation when plotting with transparency but this particular file is worse than others. How can I plot transparent hatches without ruining the quality of the drawing as a whole?

Local x drive
I have installed INVENTOR 2016 yesterday after download from subscription page. When I signed in Autodesk 360 from INVENTOR 2016 In my computer local disc X appeared. Local disc X is in same capacity as my system disc - local disc C. This strange disc X disappears only if I sign out from Autodesk 360. When I simply exit from INVENTOR 2016 aplication, local disc X remains in Windows my computer disc list.
Is it normal or it is only on my computer?

Zoom Extents problem in model space
Recently (as in an hour ago) the zoom extents (working in model space) is zooming to ridiculous parameters - like way over 100,000 miles out. There is nothing drawn past about 500 feet from 0,0, so I'm not sure what's going on... I have turned on all the layers and tried 'erasing' everything but the source drawing but that is not helping. I've also turned on and off my computer a couple of times...no luck. Attached is the source drawing. There is an xref missing, but that zooms to normal extents without a problem.
Anyone have a similar problem and how did you solve it? Thanks!

AutoCAD Launcher vs opening file from ACAD LT 2017 - text missing
Hello,
When opening a .dwg file from ACAD Lt 2017, all the text is missing.
Open the same file using AutoCAD Launcher and the text is present.
What is the difference between opening a file from ACAD LT 2017 and opening from ACAD Launcher?
When I open the same file from a different machine running full ACAD 2015 the file always opens with text.
The goal is for the ACAD LT user to see text no matter how the file is opened.

Start Tab Unresponsive
Using 2018, and all up to date.
Recently (as in couple of weeks, I've noticed that the start tab is unresponsive. It works when first loaded, but once another drawing is open, I cannot switch back to the start tab. Also, when I close the drawing, it looks like a separate window and I cannot access the functions.
"Help" suggests that it is an uncertified card, however this is incorrect as I have an NVIDIA Quadro K620 which is certified.
Any ideas? (other than search through any recent updates and undo them?)
