screen is faded
I had a crash in array edit mode and now the recovered drawing is showing a faded screen (like a "hidden" screen in edit block or edit array mode) even though it I am not in edit mode. When I go to paper space the colors are normal (vibrant), but when I go back to modelspace they are faded. and if i change the color options for 2D to black background, it doesn't affect the screen color.

Convert Autocad Table with superimposed graph with colours into excel.
I want to convert Autocard Table with created to scale the colour image and convert into excel.
Each cell of a autocad table is a cell in excel with color. different color indicates different data.
I tried converting to PDF and then From PDF to Excel but no luck.
Attached is the drawing i intend to convert in autocad format.

Cannot find REVcloud types like rectangular, poly, and freehand.
In previous jobs, I have never seen this with autocad before. When I click on "Revcloud", it does not give me an option to what type I would like to draw (Rectangular, poly, freehand"). It defaults to this weird style I have never used before which is similar to freehand, but it looks terrible. I cannot make straight lines or even arcs. It tries to lays down sides without me clicking the mouse.

Cannot move UCSICON
Every once in a while ACAD LT will not allow me to move my UCSICON to a new location. It will just want to draw a window and not select anything. I end up having to close the file and re-open. It will then work but will eventually act up again.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

pdfs in lt15 drawing not loading
I have a drawing file in which there are several pdfs of handicap diagrams. The file opens consistently. I did a save as, moved around two files in the drawing and now when I open it, several of the pdfs do not appear. What does appear is a file path that I cant follow. When I preview the file, all of the pdfs appear. Just when I open it, 4 or so of the 10 wont open. Please help

Display Specific Excel Sheets via OLE
I’ve searched the forums for my problem, but didn’t find anything.
I’m using LT 2018 and need to add Excel tables to drawings as an OLE object. I definitely do not want it as an inserted link, or converted to an AutoCAD table, or copy/pasted in any way – it must be OLE.
Some of the Excel files I need are multi-sheet and are also used by other people, so I can’t change any of the formatting. As such, I’m trying to find a way to specify which sheet I want to display in my drawings. Sometimes it needs to be sheet 2, sometimes sheet 7, and so on.
I can’t use any third-party software (per my boss) so I’m limited to Excel and AutoCAD only.
Suggestions? Thanks!

The Live Map Geolocation not appear on the Menu of my AutoCAD version.

AutoCAD LT 2014 keeps crashing at first command

My AutoCAD Lt 14 keeps crashing at first command/save as etc
I uninstalled the program then reinstalled it.
Same issue.
I did see a brief message pop up in reference to a license issue - but I purchased this outright hardcopy and have been the sole user ever since.

AutoCAD LT 2018 - Attribute extraction and importation
I have currently been downgraded from full-blown AutoCAD to LT and I'm trying to do some attribute extraction for editing in Excel. The edited data will ultimately be imported back into the drawing. Is there a way to do this in LT? I have a full-blown AutoCAD solution involving express tools, but I do not have that luxury here. Thank you for any and all help.

attributes within annotative block scaling incorrectly
I recently reinstalled Windows, which forced me to also reinstall AutoCAD LT 2018.
When opening the files for a project I'm working on that were created prior to the re-install, I noticed that the Attributes within several annotative Blocks are scaling incorrectly.
These Blocks are themselves annotative, but the Attributes within them are not. Interestingly, it is only multi-line Attributes that are affected (that is: non multi-line Attributes are behaving as expected).
By "scaling incorrectly," what I mean is that the Attributes within these blocks (but not other elements of the blocks) are way too large. (It's almost as if the annotative scale is being applied to the Attributes twice...).
I can temporarily fix the problem using ATTSYNC on the blocks in question, but even after doing this they plot at the incorrect scale. Also, when I reopen the drawing, they return to the previous, incorrect scale.
This is happening in multiple different files, none of which changed during the reinstall process. So, I wonder if some sort of System Variable setting might be the culprit? In any case, any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Highlightnew Command Not Working
I watched the video provided in AutoCAD LT 2018. In it there was a very brief explanation of the highlightnew command. It seems like a great idea so I changed the variable to Yes. The orange badges did not show up next to any of the commands. I closed AutoCAD entirely and reopened and it still did not show any badges. Is there something that I am missing about this command?

Compatability with AutoCAD LT 2018
I'm working with a colleague overseas who is using AutoCAD LT 2016. If I subscribe, I can only see a download for AutoCAD LT 2018. Does this mean he won't be able to open the files I create or resave? We have already found he can't open the files I've created in the full version of 2018, which I have as a trial subscription.

Sudden problem with text and block editing and layers
All of a sudden, when I click on text it no longer brings up the text edit box, and the same happens with editable blocks; I have to type in ddedit and ddatte to make changes.
Also, when I select an element, the layer drop down box no longer shows what layer etc. it is on. If I select an element to change the layer using the drop down box, the selection 'drops off' when I'm selecting the correct layer. To make any changes or find out what layer something is on, I have to use the properties box. I haven't changed anything to cause this, it was spontaneous. It feels like a software glitch. Any ideas?

Linetype not loading correctly
This concerns linetypes showing up as a dotted line. I've read through some posts but have yet to figure out a solution to this so hopefully one of you can offer some advice. Apparently the problem is not just limited to my computer, it occurs on every PC in the office. I assumed it was just related to the drawing file they use because everyone uses the same file but I tested that with a new drawing and it failed to load batt, fence2 fence1, tracks, and zigzag linetypes. Something wrong with the install perhaps?

Plot Scale Inaccuracy: Drawing no longer fits in paper boundary at chosen scale
Hi everyone,
We use drawing templates and have a different size template for each scale we plot (i.e. template for plotting at 1/4" = 1'-0").
Our templates are sized just below our paper size (typical paper size either 8.5"x11" or custom 30"x60") so that they will fit nicely in the boundary when selecting 1/4" = 1'-0". As of a few weeks ago, our templates no longer fit their paper boundaries for their respective scales. I have attached a sample drawing and two pictures to illustrate.
The drawing I've attached is what the size of our templates would be for each paper size. I should note that this is a printing issue with both of our printers, not just one. Both mention that the drawing is too big for the selected paper size. Even though the drawing should fit within the paper, it does not when printed. Each printer has also been calibrated and will print the correct size rectangles.
