AutoDesk sent an email with an included serial number and product key in the email.
Those do not work.
Logged on to AutoDesk website, went to licenses, saw that the product key on the website
is a differnet product key, that also did not work and gave an error.
Since AutoDesk does not actually take support calls (I cannot find a phone number for them at all)
how do I use my $1,200 software ?
Maybe I should have bought SolidWorks instead ?
We are seriously disappointed with how tech support works at this company.
