Reinstalling LT 2013 on a new laptop

Hello

I have recently bought a new laptop for and wish to install my copy of LT 2013 onto it, to replace my old laptop.

However, the new laptop has no disk drive. Is there any way I can download a copy from the autodesk site and then enter my serial number and product code to activate it.

I should mention that the softward has only been installed on 1 laptop to date.
