AutoCAD LT Plot Files

I am having a difficult time gaining access to the folder location that contains my .ctb files. The folder is located here: C:\Documents and Settings\"my name"\Application Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD LT 2007\R12\enu\Plot Styles   but I cannot get to this location. I would like to update the .ctb files in this location and set up a printer for AutoCAD LT2007. I am using a PC, Windows XP SP2.
