I finally got my custom toolbar transferred from Autocad LT 2004. I copied the bmp icon files to the icons folder under Users>>Support>Icons and added this path to the support paths under the options command. However the icons still show up as clouds with a ? mark. What do I have to do to get the correct icons, which were custom made in Autocad 2002 LT, to show up in Autocad LT 2013?
