Hi,
I have an AutoCAD LT subscription that I have been using at work since last year. The entire design team are using autocad 2015 LT this way. Only last week I upgraded my release to the 2016 (being the guinea pig of the team). This upgrade has been available since end of July, so I was hoping that all the big bugs would be solved by now. Turns out that it's not the case, and I'm finding the 2016 version of Autocad pretty useless, to the point that I've decided to come back to 2015. Problems to date are (after only 4 days of use!)
- When PDFing drawings some of the white hatches and text mask print black. It does not happen to all of them, only to some of them, even they have been made the same way. If I go to every single object, check the settings, confirm that as they are are ok, then I try & print again, they print OK. As you can imagine I cannot be doing this on every single existing drawing that I'm using. MASSIVE PAIN IN THE NECK
- it is impossible for me to select in a consistent way text within the Mtext window, hence cannot edit text normally (I can do it if I put the cursor at some point within the text and then manually move it with the keyboard arrows).
- When editing a block and closing it once finished, 50% of the times teh drawing the block was in dissappears from the opened tabs and I have to reopen it again.
The above are MAJOR issues to me, that I assume Autodesk is working on to get them fix with a service pack. My question is: WHEN WILL THIS SERVICE PACK BE AVAILABLE?
