I'm a support person for one of our users who works with AutoCAD LT 2014. He reported and issue regarding selecting a section of a plan and printing it to Adobe PDF Printer for review/submittion. There was an error that was generated when trying to print to Adobe PDF printer and he submitted it for a solution. Attached is a screen shot of the email he received.
The proposed solution, "Update the Adobe Postscript driver Plug-in for Adobe PDF Printer", didnt seem right since adobe moved away from their Adobe Postscript driver starting with Windows XP and is non-existant for windows 7. The adobe product installed is Adobe Acrobat X.
As a backup PDF printer to save pdf prints to file, we have CutePDF which works fine as a workaround. Any help regarding this issue is greatly appreciated.
