Error start "Autodesk application manager"

Hello
I formatted mypc (windows 8.1 64bits) and installedAutoCADLT2015
When  restart,appearserror message "Autodeskapplication manager"is not available.close the windowand try again "
I installedagainthe software "Autodeskapplication manager"and isOK.
When Ireboot,againappearsthe errorand does not start the application.
 What is the solution?
