My company was using AutoCAD 2011 without issues for years.
After a new hire we needed to upgrade to a newer version.
After we installed the trial of AutoCAD 2015 I noticed that the computer would "hang"
for a split second about 2 to 5 times a minute in every program on the computer.
This behavior is similar to a IRQ conflict on old PC's.
For example, if using Micosoft Excel the computer freezes and the cursor will jump to a different cell.
In word it might jump into a different part of the document while typing causing a lot of aggravation.
If I uninstall your new products this problem goes away.
I have installed the Autocad2015 trial as well as AutoCAD LT trial the problem is in BOTH products.
We now PURCHASED AutocadLT subscription hoping for better support, but I am stuck here looking for answers.
My gut feeling is this issue is caused by Autocad "phoning home" looking for updates (or just keeping an eye on me).
Any suggestions how to resolve this BUG???
What are my support options?
