E-mails from Autodesk

Dear colleagues,

Since Autodesk is not directly reachable, can anybody advise how to request all communications from them to be in English.  I did set my profile, reset it, but nothing helps.

The problem persists - all e-mails are coming in Spanish (I think).

P.S.  I think Autodesk is the only Company, which is impossible to communicate with.
