Loading Expresstools in AutoCAD 2015

I found that Expresstools was not shown as an option to load in the Windows "Add or Remove Features" for ACLT 2015, or ACLT 2016.  Redownloading ACLT the did not change the options to include Expresstools.

The process listed in Knowledge.Autodesk.Com "How to Install/Uninstall Expresstools in ACAD" is indicated as applicable to ACLT 2015/16

Any thoughts?
