How to restore line weights in PDFEXPORT

OK, more "discoveries" regarding PDFexport...in LT 2016

What happened to the line weights?

In prior LT iterations the line weights used in the pen tables were used when creating PDF's from PDFEXPORT, but alas, that isn't/doesn't appear to be the case anymore?

So what do I need to do to have PDF's created with the proper line weights?

I use ctb plot styles.
