Object Snap ON OFF Buttons Missing

I just upgraded from AutoCAD LT 2007 to 2015.  In 2007, and all preveious versions I have used since about 1992, there has been a button that allowed me to turn on and off Object Snap while in another command.  For instance, I could be in the move command, with Object Snap on, and I could click a button at the bottom of my screen to turn Object Snap off, and then proceed with the move command.

Is this menu available in 2015?  The menu had other buttons to turn on and off tracking, grid, snap, ortho, etc.
