I have two office locations, California and Arizona. I drove to Arizona to install a 2013 version of Autocad LT only to realize when I got back to California that we needed it in California and not Arizona. I downloaded the free trial onto the computer in California and tried to use the license transfer utility to get the license from Arizona to California to make it the full version, but to use the license transfer utility they want me to put in a serial number and product key. I put in the one that was used for the computer in Arizona and it says It's invalid.
