Viewport objects plotting bold

I've been experiencing an ongoing issue in AutoCAD Map 3D 2012 when PDFing jobs from papersapace which have viewports looking into modelspace. The resulting pdf will show some viewports as having the modelspace come in looking "bold" while other viewports plot the modelspace just fine. We have tried everything. All viewports share the same properties, PSLTSCALE doesn't help, and it has nothing to do with the model space objects themselves. I am almost certain it involves just my machine, as other drafters in my company are not having this issue. My IT man has reinstalled my AutoCAD and AcroPlot (our pdf'er) and it has not helped. I have tried making new viewports to see if it helps, and all my new viewports always plot modelspace fat. Another person has claimed it could be that the viewport camera is not looking directly down onto modelspace. If that was the case I would presume other drafters working on the same jobs I am would be experiencing the same problem, but they are not. Something I have noticed: if I bypass AcroPlot (our normal way to pdf) and do a DWG to PDF from the Plot menu my pdfs look great. But again, my AcroPlot was just recently reinstalled (the same version as everyone else's) and I'm the only one experiencing this. If anyone out there has any questions or comments I'd love to hear from you! Thanks.
