Can't purge Linetypes

Hello everyone,

I can't able to purge the linetypes in the attached drawing. It is an empty drawing(I deleted everything to purge the linetypes), only "0" layer, no x-refs, no layout, but still I cab't able to purge them. Could anyone please help me where the problem is? 

I'm using ACAD LT-2014.
