Is there an actual person I can talk to for support? I am trying to move my AutoCAD LT license from one laptop to my new laptop. It has de-activated on my old laptop but when I try to activate on my new laptop I get the error message: User Account No Longer Valid. I have been down for over a week and cannot work. I have submitted several support requests without a response. I have tried to chat with support but every time it says all support agents are busy. Your support is very frustrating.
