Layer Manager in Autocad LT 2014 for Mac

I recently installed Autocad LT 2014 for Mac and have not been able to find Layer Manager. All my projects have previously been set up on PC's using Layer Manager, so I have not been able to work in these drawings from my Mac.

Does Layer Manager, or an equivalent function, exist in Autocad LT 2014 for Mac?
