Attribute - just numbers to be dynamic...

Hi. I try to make block with attributes it looks more likely:

                        XXXXX

Xxxxx xxx xx 00-00 xxx xxxx xxxx xxx

or

                       XXXXX

Xxxxx xxx xx 00-00, 00-00, 00-00, 00-00

xxx xxxx xxxx xxx

I want to be able to add/change numbers only as an attributes, text will be the same all the time, only sometimes it will have to be a multiline - max 2 lines..

Any idea how to do it in LT?
