HYPERLINK command Hangs LT 2014 x64

I am having a problem with my user, who uses Autocad lt 2014 x64 an WIN7 SP1 ENT german.

Whenever the user tries to use the Hyperlink-Command AutoCad hangs and shows the windows spinning circle.

When checking with process monitor, then we can see, that acadlt.exe is scanning a lot of files, first on the local harddisk and then an all network shares. this probably takes forever so we have to killl the process.

We have redirected the users Documents Folder to a Server Share.

When I try Autocad with a user account, where the folders are not redirected, then it works.
