Printing to .PDF lineweight Problem (Using .CTB plotstyles)

I have an AutoCAD lte file from which I am using .ctb plot styles to "print" or "export" to pdf - the problem is, when I do, the line weights which I have set in .ctb don't seem to be exporting correctly. I open the file in Adobe Illustrator and every line is off a little bit - if I export my heaviest line goes from 0.7 mm to 0.677. If I print to .pdf it goes from 0.7mm to 7.197. All the other lines have a similar small margin of error. Why would this be? How can I fix this? I have tried checking or unchecking "scale line weights" to no avail. I am using paper space scaling 1:1 with a window that is scaled 1:150. I Attached the .pdf. All of these lineweights were set in AutoCAD to 0.25, 0.1, 0.7, etc. and you can see that they have now have a small margin of error. Help!!

Thanks.
