Create Tool Palette From Blocks Via Script

Hello,

I'm looking for way to get all existing blocks inside a single drawing onto a tool palette in that same drawing by way of a script file.

Or at least instruction on how to do this via command line so I can try to write the scipt myself.

This is very easy to do opening design center but I have mutliple drafters and I am trying to automate the process through a script.

Using AutoCAD LT 2008
