I have autocad lt 2012.
If I open my internet explorer, I can access the autocad LT help web page.
If I open AutoCAD LT 2012 and click on the help button the dialogue box says that the "server connection unavailable". I have asked the IT about firewalls and they said the have some type of Symantec which they use. They also use websense. But if they can access help from their browser, why wouldn't AutoCAD LT not able to access it?
All I found that related to this problem was this link from Autodesk:
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=16732564&linkID=9240617
I asked if the network is using a proxy and they said they are not.
